Service terms
The working agreement in plain English. The written proposal and invoice will confirm the final details for each engagement.
1. The service
The 14-Day Ads Launch Sprint is a two-week, done-with-you engagement covering campaign setup or rebuild, conversion tracking, landing-page copy recommendations, WhatsApp follow-up automation, four calls, and handover materials. The final written proposal and invoice confirm the agreed start date and scope.
2. Fees and advertising spend
The standard service fee is RM4,000. The optional 30-Day Launch Support add-on is RM1,500. Advertising spend is separate and paid by the client directly to Google.
3. Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate business information, required account and website access, a valid payment method for ad spend, timely approvals, and attendance at the agreed calls. Delays in access or decisions may move the delivery date by the corresponding period.
4. Delivery guarantee
The guarantee is that campaigns will be live with working conversion tracking by day 14, provided the client meets the responsibilities above and third-party platforms remain available. If Hafez does not deliver this, the client does not pay the sprint fee, or receives a refund if already paid. This is not a results guarantee.
5. No results guarantee
Lead volume, lead quality, sales, revenue and return on ad spend are not guaranteed. Results depend on market demand, competition, offer, pricing, website experience, budget, response speed and other factors outside this sprint.
6. Not included
The sprint does not include ongoing management after day 14, ad budget, a website or landing-page build from scratch, content, video, social media management, or guaranteed business results. Later support requires a separate written agreement.
7. Ownership and access
Once fees due are paid, the client owns the campaign setup, templates and documentation produced specifically for the engagement. The client should maintain ownership of its advertising and business accounts. Pre-existing tools, general methods and third-party services remain with their respective owners.
8. Cancellation and rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to availability because one intake is handled each month. Any cancellation or refund terms stated on the invoice or written proposal take priority. Work already completed and non-refundable third-party costs may be chargeable, except where the delivery guarantee applies.
9. Third-party platforms
Google, WhatsApp, website hosts and other providers operate independently. Their reviews, outages, policy decisions, account suspensions, pricing and product changes are outside Hafez’s control.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, liability relating to the sprint is limited to the service fee paid. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Questions can be sent to Hafez Rosli by WhatsApp at +60 12-291 6879. Last updated: 13 September 2026.
